We are taking our work out of the theaters and into the streets, to connect with our communities, resist, show-up, break constructs, and disupt the current and unsustainable ways of 'living & doing dance' in the Bay Area.
ABOUT our new work:
Amplifying that 'place matters', with explorations on home, identity, resistance and adapting, PRACTICE:ADAPT, moves through everyday and marked spaces (big and small), making palpable modes of survival, creativity and resistance. PRACTICE:ADAPT features 12 dancers occupying and transforming public spaces to connect with, protect and amplify the beauty and strength of our local communities with live music by Matt EL.
